They arrived exactly when they said they would, their price was more than fair, they were clean and respectful, and a pleasure to deal with.

Not only does the new equipment look fantastic, but the stuff one wouldn’t necessarily look at or think about such as the ductwork and vent piping are done professionally and with care. They went above and beyond.

I have been using them exclusively for the last four years. Initially I had to contact them when my furnace broke and the temperature was dropping rapidly. The previous company that I contacted told me they wouldn’t be able to come and help me for several days. George showed up the same day and fix the problem. They are clean knowledgeable and respectful. I have contacted George’s plumbing and heating for furnace, toilets, sinks, air-conditioning issues even a water leak!! They were my first and only call when I needed a new furnace, hot water tank, sump pump And most recently my brand new air conditioner. They have shown up on holidays, late at night or even on the weekends and never charged me a service call above what was expected. George and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable always priced very reasonable for work, equipment and always willing to help. Most companies don’t answer their phone or respond after 5 o’clock and if they do it’s considered an emergency call and you’re billed appropriately.
